Size on label is IT 42 (GB 10), but I would say it comes up smaller. It has been pictured here on a size 8 UK, 5 7". The item unfortunately, has lost all buttons bar one. It is secured using a zip, so the item is still wearable and other buttons could be added. This is what has affected the price.
