Vintage Chloé F/W 1999 Tiger Studded Pants

A very cool pair of Chloé F/W 1999 jeans with tigers studded onto the back pockets. The size on the label is a 38, I believe IT from the sizing. They have been pictured here a size 40 IT, 5 7" but please refer to the measurements below for more information. There is no material label, but it feels like cotton.
