ICE Iceberg Silk Tattoo Print Dress

A gorgeous, ICE Iceberg silk dress with a tattoo print allover. The size on the label is a 42 IT, but it comes up a bit smaller so it is a better fit for a size 40 IT, 5 7". In perfect condition with no flaws.
