A gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana S/S 1991 red silk blouse, very similar to those seen on the runway. The size on the label is a 44 IT and it has been pictured here on a size 40 IT, 5 7" but please refer to the measurements below for more accuracy. It is in great condition, with no flaws.
